Pt Lowly Toilet Facilities

An isolated toilet block & change rooms were required in an area that unfortunately didn’t have any sewer or water main infrastructure.

To overcome this issue Environ Plumbing were engaged to supply & install:

12000L septic tank
12000L holding tank
High level alarm that will SMS the client when the septic tank is near full.
10kL water tank with pump package
Pan suites to male & female
Low level alarm that will SMS the client when the water tank level is low.
Install new disabled spec. fixtures including basins, toilets, change tables & grab rails.

Quest Apartments Whyalla

During the initial construction of the complex a certain piping product was used that had since been found to be defective Australia wide under certain conditions.

After numerous repairs were undertaken it was decided to have the complete system renewed. Being a facility that operates 24 hours a day this posed some issues in regards to scheduling & guests being without water for extended periods of time.

Extensive planning was undertaken in regards to programming & delivery times with our suppliers & subcontractors with the project coming in on time & on budget.

Removal of approx. 500m of pipe between 63mm & 25mm.
Installation of new insulation
Disconnection & reconnection of 54 rooms.
Installation of new pipe ranging from 50mm to 20mm
Fire penetration compliance
Removal & reinstatement of the ceiling in public areas including repainting
